Stronghold Kingdoms Game Rules

The following rules apply to all Stronghold Kingdoms game worlds.

Any account which breaks the rules below is subject to being blocked or banned from the Stronghold Kingdoms servers.   In the event that an account is blocked or banned, no refund will be given. If you have any questions on the rules below, please contact support at support@strongholdkingdoms.com

1. Players accounts use

Players may not have more than one account per game world.

There will be no compensation to account damage caused by another player logging into your account, regardless of how the password is obtained.  

Players must never send unsolicited mails asking for another player's login details. Any unsolicited mails of this nature should be reported using the "Report This Mail" function.

Firefly team members will never ask for you password.  If anyone claiming to be a Firefly team member asks for your password, don’t give it to them and report them immediately.

The email account used to register the account must be under the exclusive control of the player registering the account.

2. No account sharing

Players may not share accounts with each other.

Players who leave Stronghold Kingdoms may not share or 'give' their account to another player.

3. Merging of accounts

Players can allow other players to capture their village(s), this is the choice of the player giving up the village. Villages must be captured in the normal way. 

4. Inactive Accounts

An inactive player's villages will be automatically be removed from the server when a player hasn't played for a specific period of time; this time is dependant on which rank they have reached. The higher the rank the longer is takes before the village is removed. Player's villages will not be removed if they have a premium token in play.  See FAQ for details.

5. Players sharing an Internet Connection.

Players who are sharing the same connection should not trade or reinforce each other. Nor should they capture each others villages. The game will automatically detect if you are on the same connection and limit what can be done. 

If you are using a shared connection, which uses the same public IP address for all players on this connection, you will be unable to perform certain actions. Shared IPs will happen if players are on the same network, i.e. people in the same house/office.

It's possible that people on the same ISP with dynamic IPs may get the same IP.

Players with a Premium Token in play are not subject to this IP restriction.

6. Commercial account exchange is forbidden, includes buying, selling or offering

It is forbidden to buy, sell or offer any account or parts of an account for any outside benefit. This includes villages, goods, firefly crowns premium tokens and card packs. 

7. Abusive behaviour and use of offensive language

Players must not use offensive language against other users. Any real life threatening or abusive behaviour will result in a ban from the game. Players should refrain from discussing or using language that is racist, sexual in nature, politically inflammatory or religiously offensive. 

Firefly will rename any village and account names they deem offensive, this may lead to a ban from the game if players consistently try to use offensive words.

Players should report players to Firefly Support (support@strongholdkingdoms.com ) for any offensive or abusive language they discover.

8. Spam

Players may not engage in any spamming behaviour.  This includes any repeated chat, forum or in-game mail messages or advertisements of any type.

9. Language

Players must use the native language of the server they are playing on.  (For Example: English on the English game servers; German on the German game servers.  This includes all chat, forums and support requests.

10. Bots

Players may not use any form of bot, 3rd party tool or script tool for Stronghold Kingdoms. We ask players to inform Firefly Support of any tools they discover that may allow players to cheat.

11. Blocked and Banned accounts

A blocked account will remain blocked for a minimum of 7 days in most cases.

12. Offensive Faction names and mottos

Factions names and faction mottos that contain offensive language, or are racist, sexual in nature, politically inflammatory or religiously offensive will be dealt with by the faction being automatically disbanded with no warning given. Players consistently using offensive language in this way, will receive in-game bans.

13. Offensive House mottos

House mottos that contain offensive language, or are racist, sexual in nature, politically inflammatory or religiously offensive will be dealt with by the house motto being automatically removed with no warning given. Players consistently using offensive language in this way, will receive in-game bans.

14. Offensive Coat of Arms designs

Designing Coat of Arms to appear offensive, racist, sexual in nature, politically inflammatory or religiously offensive will be dealt with by the Coat of Arms being automatically removed with no warning given. Players consistently designing offensive Coat of Arms in this way will receive in-game bans.

These game rules may be amended or changed at any time.
